BIM Coordination

One of the most important goals of the utilization of BIM is the physical coordination of systems between disciplines, along with efficient and proper installation in the field. Our BIM coordination process involves clash detection reports, constructability reviews, virtual and/or personal coordination meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, construction manager(s) and sub-contractors. BIMSOFT is fully capable of organizing and running the coordination phase of a construction project. In order to further assist, we can assign one or more of our BIM professionals to your design team for the duration of your project. Our BIM professionals will help in your office or in the field, while the rest of the team at BIMSOFT guides you from our offices.

BIM use in the field gives construction staff a unique opportunity to develop and edit information about a project from a single location and share the information with others. Clash resolution, Model coordination, 2D drawing extraction, QTO etc. are a few of our competencies to help you succeed in your project. With BIM your construction manager can prepare the construction schedule which is critical to how well you track your project progress, inform your team and generate a BIM sequencing or "4D" simulation that is the link between model and project management schedule. BIM and Safety which includes like fall protection analysis, 4D site logistics simulations, safety training and site orientation and increased prefabrication efforts to minimize ladder times and unsafe installation positions. We support your needs for safety in your project.
